I just suggested polishing it since the pink on your sister's phone looks badly scratched.

As to how, perhaps you can use a polishing paste like Autosol. Maybe mask out a narrow band near the plastic bottom cap.Alanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01651482991474223468noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8203509105557075213.post-78746684910696772612013-06-07T11:00:14.558+02:002013-06-07T11:00:14.558+02:00haha, true. don't know what she did exactly :p...haha, true. don't know what she did exactly :p

thanks for the video!
looks quite interesting, i'll think about it. how exactly did you do this?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16172494726551111213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8203509105557075213.post-52445189825223476692013-06-07T05:59:05.760+02:002013-06-07T05:59:05.760+02:00Also impressive is the amount of damage your siste...Also impressive is the amount of damage your sister could do to a phone :p

Since the anodized layer is already deeply scratched, would you consider rubbing it off entirely using automotive polishing compound? Remove all the pink, leaving behind a shiny chrome-colored aluminum surface.

Here's my 2 year old N8 btw:
http://youtu.be/br5tRexxmxMAlanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01651482991474223468noreply@blogger.com
