v4.5.0

v4.5.0 is available for download...

v4.5.0 comes with new widgets and music player from new leaked belle v111.040.0704 by taylor, but is still based on v111.030.0609.

English version with and without preinstalled maps are available for download via rapidshare and mediafire.

    YOUUU AREEEE BIGGGGGGG THE ONEEEEE!!!!

    I dont care about reflashing again, it takes only less than 3 minutes. (Flashing, restore, etc. etc.)

    I HOPE TAYLOR RELEASED THE ORIGINAL FILES FROM THE NEXT FIRMWARE, So you can make the 4.6.0 :)

    The New widgets are only in BLUE?
    Honestly the color that you put in the clock, looks good. but i think its better the original color.. :(

    About the new widgets, the CLOCK WITH TEXT, how can i put it in other language? NOTE: My Phone is in ENGLISH, I only want the CLOCK WIDGET TEXT in another language.....

    i put in blue, because it matches better with evolve/dorsh themes...
    original colors (green flipclock & pink textclock) do not fit in.
    go to daily mobile forum, to find different colors/shapes for your widgets.

    originally the clock comes in the same language as your phone.
    you can replace the english language files with yours.

    I don't see a reason for importing new musical player from 704 to 609. I got rid of hungarian language from Taylor's 704 and put some mods as I wanted, and I would say that the player in 704 sounds worse than in 609, I can hear it. I used it for 2 days and went back to 609.

      in that case i recommend you to use v4.4.0 ;)
      there is no point of a new cfw, without the new music player...

      there are sis-installer for the three new widgets, so whats left, is not really worth an cfw-update.

      btw. i tested the new music player and its working as good as the old one for me...

      i tested with the default headset/headphones and sound was even better than before (thanks to the sound improvement mod by iExtraX7).

      also remember, all my mods to improve the 0609-player are also applied to the 0704-player...

      Well you are right there is no point to argue. All I can say that I am using a Necy core from russian forum and there is a big sound improvment and I tried his new core for 704 as well but.... All I can say in favor of my oppinion that I finished a musical school in the past, but anyway for taste and flavour there is no friends. Thanks.

    I installed Flip Clock, Notes & Text Clock Widgets however are not listed in widgets after restart.
    Open4all & installserver are enable in RMP.
    I installed them on E:Mass Memory...
    Any suggetions?

      you do not need open4all/installserver, just install them on c:\

    .. theone, if you dont mind, i hope you can modify more the sound/volume output of N8 to earphones, to make it more louder. i read somewhere, that there is a way/mod to increase the volume, but im a bit hesitant to do that, fearing that i might do more harm on my N8, and wont be able to bring it back.

      hi mark, if you read trough the changelog, you will see that the max. volume was already increased.
      (only about 10% louder, i didn't want to cause damage or create "metalic" sound at highest volume...)

    Although I am pretty happy with v4.2 but seems like this coming weekend I can install v4.5 just cos of the music player.

    Daniel can you please create a translation of 059D159 Hong Kong firmware?

    I am still using your 1.8.5 version because it is base n 111.20 belle and it is easy to port mod a writing language, but there is different between 111.30 belle, I can't use the same way to port mod a writing language to 111.30 belle anymore.

    I tried to ask freaxs_r_us and nekeule for help but they dont know how to do this too, first i ask nekeule and he give me a port modding guide that doesn't work, and I ask freaxs_r_us , he said adding Chinese writing language base one a Euro firmware have to add 3 more files: Solaritems, Features.dat, config.xml, I tried to add those 3 more files and the required writing language file but still not working.. Do you know how to add r30 writing language wth QWERTY support base on a Euro firmware? If yes can you teach me? Other please download 059D159 firmware and base on it to add all your mod then upload to your blog for me to download, thanks you very much.

      writing languages are working fine (i use german keyboard myself)

      i don't have language files for the new music player (ported from v111.040.0704 (new leaked fw)), thats why there are no full translations for v4.5

    After install Pixienablers and new Microsoft Apps 2.0 (Include Microsoft Office), all power menu icon is missing and display the strange symbol! Hope you can fix it. :)

      it is not caused by my cfw...
      the pixienablers are installing "nokia font", an app that installs and uses new fonts from c:\.

      those fonts do not support the symbols i added.

      so two ways to fix it your broken icons:
      -modify the pixi installer with siscontents and remove nokia font
      -modify the profile names in settings and remove the broken icon

    I already remove the Nokia fonts using siscontents, but when I install to my phone, there prompt a message said "unable to install". Any solutions? Can you create one for me? Thanks :)

      what happens if you uninstall nokia fonts or delete the new font from c:\ after regular installation?

      I already tried this method, installed original Pixienablers and later delete c:\private\lfonts (Successful), c:\resource\fonts(fail)--> seems there got something background process is running.

      It also cause me cannot change others third party font in c:\resource\fonts because this problem. Hope you can investigate and make a solution. :)

      what about uninstalling nokia fonts in regular ways from installation manager on your phone?

      or replacing the font with my original font in the pixi-installer?

      sorry, don't have screenshots for them...
      those are the new default widgets from v111.040.0704.

      just install them and you will see how they look.
      (you can uninstall them if you don't like them)
