v3.1.1 (Nokia 808)

v3.1.1 is a minor bug fix for my 808 CFW.

The "Contacts, Communications" widget was not working. It is fixed now...

If you are already running v3.1.0, you can use "update" in Phoenix.

    I have no problems with your CFW,, ILOVE IT SO MUCH and I will update it later when i get home however I've notice my 808 has a small crack at the right hand of the corner, try to check ur LCD by chance..

    The one hello, congratulations on your latest masterpiece, happened to me a problem after flashing, when I use the camera on me all the signs are not translated as: qt_cam setting, for the rest of the Italian translation and perfect where am I doing wrong?
    I entered your rofs3 but sensation result, everything works except the camera
    please help me

    Thanks for a nice and clean CFW.
    One thing though that did not work for me (V3.1.0)was the pc-suite calendar sync: the both-ways sync whipes all posts in outlook. This happens both before the "software update" on the calendar app as well as after. Reverting to OFW or other CFW solves the issue so it seems like its a bug in your CFW.

      i am syncing my 808 with outlook 2010. no problems on my device/pc...
      try to install the calendar update in "sw update" on your phone

      my translations were created for previous versions... better wait for new files by freaxs_r_us.

      but you can try it, worst thing that can happen: you have to reflash your device again.

      I flashed my 808 with 113.x files translation of freaxs_r_us, LTA spanish, everything except the message reader is working like a charm. Thank you TheOne, thank you freaxs_r_us.

    thanks alot for this CFW but i'm having battery drain problems and also random restartin problem...also the cam will not launch properly when apps are in the background like gravity etc

      battery seems to be fine for me... what firmware are you comparing to?
      original FP1 or FP2?

      about the restarts, is it possible that you also have a damaged 808 like i do?
      there are many users complaining about the 3.5G bug. the phone is crashing or restarting when using 3G (with HSPA enabled) connections.
      a workaround is to use 2G (which will also save a lot of battery)...

      i use gravity myself, but usually not running in background all the time. i can not reproduce the cam launch bug... any details about this?

      where is your music located? It must be e\music or f\ music

      if your music already is in E:\music or F:\music and its still not working, connect your phone via usb mass memory mode to your pc and delete all files in:

      -E:\Private\10281e17\
      -F:\Private\10281e17\

      this will reset the music player database as well as the thumbnails for gallery/video. the index needs to be recreated, but other than that, you are NOT losing any data!

      how did you flash your device?
      did you clean up mass memory and mem card and flashed via refurbish?

      sounds like a conflict with old system files...

      sorry to hear that.
      the old sysap was impossible to port, so the fp2 sysap mod is very different...

      looks like this feature is not supported anymore :(
      (did not have time to test it myself so far)

      like i said in the release notes, some people depend on that functionality... looks like you have to live with it, or use another cfw.

      you could also try to contact ichris701 and ask if he can do something about that.
